Registration
Step 1: Register for the Conference
All participants must complete the Microsoft Forms registration form.

Step 2: Pay Registration Fee (if applicable)
Participants attending Days 2–3 only or the Full Conference must pay the registration fee through the Newcastle University webstore.
Note: Day 1 (ACE Forum) is free and does not require payment.
Step 3: Submit an Abstract (if applicable)
Abstract submission for Days 2–3 (UKACC Conference) is handled separately via EasyChair.
Important:
- Submitting an abstract does not register you for the conference.
- All presenters must also complete the Microsoft Forms registration form.
Support and fee waiver opportunities are available for a limited number of students and postdoctoral researchers who do not have access to funding for conference attendance. All travel must comply with Newcastle University’s expenses policy and represent best value for money (e.g. standard class travel). Please contact info@ukcontrol.org if you require more information.
