Step 1: Register for the Conference

All participants must complete the Microsoft Forms registration form.

Step 2: Pay Registration Fee (if applicable) 

Participants attending Days 2–3 only or the Full Conference must pay the registration fee through the Newcastle University webstore.

Note: Day 1 (ACE Forum) is free and does not require payment. 

Step 3: Submit an Abstract (if applicable) 

Abstract submission for Days 2–3 (UKACC Conference) is handled separately via EasyChair.

Important:

• Submitting an abstract does not register you for the conference. 
• All presenters must also complete the Microsoft Forms registration form. 

Fee waiver opportunities will be available for a limited number of students and postdoctoral researchers who do not have access to funding for conference attendance, on a first come first served basis. Details will be announced in March. Membership to the ACE Network will be required.
